The hotel was perfect and fabulous with fab location near to theatres, Chinatown, Covent Garden, most tourist spots and lots of restaurants nearby, and theatre, museums, restaurants. The staff were all approachable, and the room was nice and compact with a bath. The food provided for breakfast was lovely. Our experience here was fab.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. And there was Pizza Hut with short-orders metres from the venue, super convenient.

The room was far too small for a London Hotel.We had no room to store our clothes and we lived out of our suitcase under the bed.The window also would not open which made the room feel like a cell.The cost was also too excessive for a room that size.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. its location is superb - right by Leicester Square, making it the perfect base to explore all the attractions including the vibrant West End theatre district. The value for money was excellent and we were pleased to find affordable prices for both the rooms and breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the room were exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay.

All in all, this hotel left us with a great impression and there was really nothing that could be improved.

The location of the hotel was ideal for my New Year's trip. It was situated right in the heart of the bustling city, close to all the major attractions and entertainment venues. Being able to walk to restaurants, theaters, and shopping areas was a huge plus. the staff at the hotel were friendly and approachable, making my stay more enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. the WiFi provided by the hotel was extremely slow and unreliable.
